Dr Prescribed HCG

So I had been doing 2 days loading and then on Fri VLCD day 1 when a doctor I have been in contact with agreed to Prescribe real HCG for me !! YAY So.. dilemma, continue VLCD or load so I have 2 days prior to real HCG. I ate VLCD but then almonds that night. Sat I loaded and today not sure quite what to do. Im still taking the hhcg .. Im a bit annoyed at the moment as my partner said he thinks I will crack three days in.. then he says "doesn't that spur you on to do it more" Awaiting real HCG on monday..

back to thinking about HCG Found my homeopathic drops. looking into melbourne Drs who can prescribe. There is a compounding pharmacy in QLD and Sydney that I could use if I got a script.. My Period is due and I have been feeling tired and bloated. Used the last 2 days to Load. Now I have to do the 23 days P2. Hope this HHCG will work.

this week

had a greatweek. low carb. got treadmill on thursday and went beserk thurs fri and even 1hr on sat. sat night went out for cousins engagement and ate gluten foods (finger foods) and 4 glasses of champagne over the night. then felt that I had ventured over to the "bad side" so today we went to geelong to see a car and I had lunch out, 2 freddos, cappucino and 1/2 muffin. pains into my fingers and neck.. when got home ate pasta!!! and some cheese, low carb hot choc. sarah lee ice cream and 2 pieces of bread with pb and jam. also ate chips (crisps) I just know that my period is due.. thats wgy. I felt really good on sat- very elegant. maybe thats why I fogot. I always think I am slimmer than I am. Also my bf doesnt help me. he says "good girl" when I participate in "normal " foods that are detremental to my weight loss and health. Its not spiteful, just he doesnt understand. Im like a desperate addict and I need to stay away from the foods that trigger me... Well back on track tomorrow. I hope I am sent on leave for a few weeks so I can focus on weight loss/ fitness and just getting it together!!

feeling a bit bleh today. Mothers day yesterday .. ate too much Feeling stupid and tired. Feel fat and frumpy + have broken hand .. Im looking forward to getting treadmill and just going crazy on it. Also I really want time off to focus on getting back to who I was (healthy and happy) seem to have lost some of my confidence lately..

low energy + hashimoto's

I am having problems with energy. I have for a while. thought it would have improved by now. I have hashimotos which is an autoimmune disorder. autoimmune = body attacks itself.. My body is making thyroid antibodies (anti TPO, antiTB) adrenal glands effect thyroid.. I have adrenal fatigue. Because this is an autoimmune illness you cant just treat the symptoms, you have to try to reduce the immune attack.. Lately I have been so tired it has been making me fed up.. I tried chinese medicine and that helped a bit. I use adaptogens and also take fish oils and Vit B. I take thyroxine 25 ug I have just started Modafinil (wakefulness agent) 100 mg. just upped dose to 150 per day. Its a smooth "awake"no jitteriness. I have also ordered SAMe - adds a methyl donor to increase neurotransmission (ordered online) What I would really like to be is Drug free and just feel great. I am also considering doing a parasite cleanse. along with my GF, sugar free, GAPS diet. .. one thing at a time! Owh and I ordered a corset on line.. Would love to reduce my waist. ? will the corset permanently reduce my waist?

broke schaphoid

over easter I fell over. hurt my hand 1st xray didn't show anything second showed:
so hand is out of action. Makes typing difficult and every day things difficult.

treadmill GAPS

just bought treadmill from ebay. it will hopefully be delivered this week. I am too embarrassed to go to the gym when most of them know me and I am 10 kg heavier. also don't have good gym clothes anymore- they don't fit. back then I was a tight 10. Now a very tight 12 (more like 14). Im more likely to use the treadmill at home as its getting colder and I can watch movies/ listen to podcasts and work out in my daggy clothes. Weight loss so far: 2.1 kg stall for 3 weeks. (why????) joined ww but was hungry all the time and with having to do GF it was limited. they still make you pay for the month. don't do refunds even if you only went for one week. expensive mistake. Just read GAPS diet
Im cooking chicken stock at the moment. will make lots of soup and eat it to help heal my "leaky gut". also taking biokult tablets. I am really bloated today, not sure if it is from them..

starting weight

went on scales today 69.5 kg. this means that I have lost weight already. good.
WW scales said 70.7. but I think my scales may be a bit out.
I will wait until next Tuesday to find out what I have lost.

I am a bit scared that I won't lose weight. I have a fear of carbs
I have been eating some gluten and enjoyed the taste but have been getting aches and pains afterwards and a few days ago I had a bad headache after eating quite a lot of them.

Today I had 2 pieces of toast. Not sure if my extreme fatigue is related to gluten intolerance or to my autoimmune condition.

Im off to the dentist today to have a filling.. ahhh the needles ... Owh well, I guess I will have to just suck it up.

Inspired me to join weight watchers.

Went to my first meeting tonight.

Current weight 70.7 kg.


Goal weight 54 kg.
Quite a way to go
If I lose 1 kg per week it should be 17 weeks until I get to 54 kg.

First goal: get to 66kg
second goal: 63
third: 59.95
Fourth: 57
Fifth: 55
Sixth 54
Seventh: maintain
